Worldwide Delivery

For the Worldwide delivery service, your goods will be delivered by the Hong Kong Post.

Overseas shipping charges:

1. Free shipping

For purchases of HK$1300 or above, the package weight of the goods does not exceed 1800 grams and will be shipped overseas for free.

2. Shipping charges apply

- For purchases of HK$1300 or above, the weight of the package exceeds 1800 grams; or

- Any purchase amount is less than HK$1300

In the above two cases, overseas shipping fee will be charged, and the shipping fee will be determined according to the area and weight charged by Hongkong Post. After our customer service team receives your order, we will reply to you by email within the next working day about the overseas shipping payment arrangement for your order.

After receiving the freight payment, the shipment will be arranged as soon as possible. Generally, the order will take 2-3 working days to process and send out, depending on the stock.

Please note that the customer needs to contact the customs to pay the extra tax and go through the formalities, and the delivery time may be extended accordingly. After the goods are sent out, the company will not accept refunds due to customs random inspections and the goods will not be reissued.

Due to the impact of some airlines adjusting flight schedules, courier services may be delayed. Upon receipt of the postal notice, all mail sent to us will not be delivered by face-to-face delivery, so proof of mail delivery may not be provided.
