Delivery methods The "New Zealand Store" e-shop provides the following delivery services: • Standard delivery service (Hong Kong-SF Express or other express) • Store location (Hong Kong only) • Hongkong Post delivery (Macau, China, overseas) Change shipping address or shipping method Once the order is confirmed, the address or shipping method cannot be changed. The order will be delivered according to the information filled in by the customer. The guest is responsible for any delivery errors caused by the guest's incorrect input of information. Please note that we will not arrange replacement of products due to guest input errors. Hong Kong delivery Except for the activities specifically indicated on the website, the principles for handling freight are as follows: • After the order amount discount is over HK$800, you can enjoy free shipping. • If the order amount is discounted to less than HK$800, a shipping fee of HK$40 will be charged. • Free delivery at store locations If the delivery address is a remote area of Hong Kong, the customer must pay an additional fee for on-site collection and delivery. For detailed terms, please refer to the SF Express website. The price of door-to-door delivery service does not include surcharges in remote areas, special warehousing service fees and other special handling fees; if express mail is delivered to the above-mentioned areas, customers must pay additional surcharges. Delivery arrangements When the Observatory announces that Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above will be hoisted in the next two hours, the delivery service, self-pickup and customer service departments of the "New Zealand Store" will gradually stop providing services. If the delivery of your order is affected by the typhoon, please check the latest delivery schedule in "My Orders" after logging in to your account. If you need to change the delivery time of your order, you can also go to "Change Delivery Arrangement" in "Order History" to change the delivery arrangement yourself. *The actual delivery date and time of orders affected by the typhoon depends on different factors such as the delivery address, order quantity and staffing arrangements. Please check the "Messages" after logging in to the "New Zealand Store" account Latest delivery arrangements. China Shipping As shipping to China, Macau and overseas regions, we will use Hongkong Post (China, Macau, Overseas) service. The additional shipping fee depends on the region and weight. We charge the shipping fee by email. When we do receive all the fees, we will send the shipment, thank you. Please note that guests need to contact the customs to pay the additional taxes and complete the procedures, and the delivery time may be extended. After the goods are shipped, the company will not accept refunds due to customs inspections and the goods will not be reissued. Please note the following individual postal notices: Due to the adjustment of flight schedules by some airlines, the courier service may be delayed. Upon receiving the postal notice, all mails sent will not be delivered in person, so proof of mail delivery may not be provided. Delivery Time Under normal circumstances, customers place an order on the "New Zealand Store" website before 4pm from Monday to Friday, and confirm that the order is successful and payment is accepted. You will receive an email "Processing your "New Zealand Store" website order". Generally, the order will take 1-2 working days to process and ship, depending on the stock. Under normal circumstances, the standard delivery service will arrive at the delivery address within 2-3 working days. Orders in remote areas of Hong Kong will take an additional 3 to 4 working days to be delivered. Delivery service is not provided on Sundays and public holidays. Do not rule out that the delivery time will be due to holidays (E.g. Christmas, Lunar New Year and Easter). When the Gale Signal No. 8 is hoisted or the black rainstorm warning is in effect, the delivery service time will be delayed. International delivery The "New Zealand Store" electronic store provides global shipping services. Orders related to China, Macau, and overseas will use the Hongkong Post delivery service. Additional shipping costs and shipping time and working days will be determined by region and weight. After receiving your order from the "New Zealand Store" customer service center, we will reply to you by email within the next working day regarding the payment arrangements for the additional shipping charges for the order. We will use the Hongkong Post (China, Macau, Overseas) service, the additional shipping fee depends on the region and weight. After we receive the additional freight payment, we will arrange the shipment as soon as possible. Generally, the order will take 2-3 working days to process and ship, depending on the stock. Online shopping store 1. On the checkout page, select the "Store Pickup" delivery service and select store pickup* *The available pick-up stores depend on the inventory of the product in the store 2. Confirm the order and receive the notification to complete the checkout and receive the email and pickup notification SMS within 1 working day after receiving the confirmed order. 3.
